Conservatory
Help yourself to the extensive library of books and magazines, or have a go on the 1970’s fruit machine - the house always wins! Relax in a Conran chair and enjoy the views.

Terrace and Gardens
In front of the house the patio makes an ideal place to sit and relax on hot summer days and enjoy a cup of tea, cold beer or glass of wine. Or visit our terraced garden where you may prefer to just settle into one of the double hammocks and sway.

Dining room
Your breakfast is served in the elegant dining room. We are associate members of Taste of the West and use local produce whenever possible.

The guest bedrooms are reached from a central staircase. The six comfortable contemporary guest bedrooms include suites, family/twin and double rooms. All have shower ensuite facilities. There is also a Victorian promenade family bathroom with a bath on the first floor. All rooms are non-smoking.

Containing a double pine bedstead and a connected room with two single beds. Ensuite with shower, plus additional shower area and hand basin. Views across Ilfracombe to countryside and to our garden.

Large bedroom with adjoining lounge. Views across Ilfracombe to the countryside and from the lounge, stunning sea views. Featuring the contemporary Henley double low bedstead with air sprung Coniston mattress, flat screen TV and DVD plus fully stocked retro 1970’s bar. Small ensuite with shower.

At the top of the house with double divan and 2 single beds. Views to the countryside from the roof velux window and from the side windows our garden. Ensuite with shower.

Situated at the top of the house, with a wonderful superior king-size divan bed. Sofa in room and feature Victorian fireplace surround. Pretty views across Ilfracombe to the sea. Ensuite with shower.
